Conferences
Three conferences which will expose and juxtapose different and complimentary subjects which find themselves at the heart of current initiatives of social action regarding new technologies and the Internet. Experts, artists activists and computer scientists from different local and international communities will be on-site to discuss the stakes of electronic resistance. Informal discussions with the public will give an opportunity to explore the strategies by which we can all instigate social change.

Free Radical Radio Camp
Maid in Cyberspace will be hosting a three-day after-school course in radio production and journalism for students in grades 9 through 11. Students will learn all about airwaves, building transmitters, sound production, and producing radio features. CKUT 90.3 FM will air their work during a two-hour broadcast on Saturday, February 8th at 2 PM. Musical guest Lederhosen Lucil will perform her casio-driven hösemusik during the broadcast.
