Valérie d. Walker (Montreal)
Valérie d. Walker teaches in the Fine Arts Faculty of Concordia University and internationally. Producer and on-air host of The XX Files radio show for more than fourteen years, Valérie is a force of nature, an alchemist, and trans-media artist. Her art incorporates digital technology, craft techniques, environmentally positive processes, tactility, and story-telling. Walker has a BSc. EECS from UC-Berkeley and MFA from Nova Scotia College of Art & Design University in Halifax. With Bobbi I. Kozinuk, they present work as BLK_VdW_TransMediaz at Hemispheric/Pan-American Institute events.
