The Jean-Pierre Perreault Foundation is an internationally recognised
dance company. It celebrated its 10th anniversary in 1994 with
a Canadian tour of its renowned show - JOE - which was first presented
in 1984. At that time, Jean-Pierre Perreault established the principle
basis of his company, which assembled a group of dancers and experienced
collaborators adapted to the concept of each production.
In March 2001, the Jean-Pierre Perreault Foundation
opened its new creative and production space, Espace choréographique.
This was an unique event as the Foundation was the first dance
company in Quebec to own is own workspace.
